Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Tel Call Executive to manage and convert inbound and outbound leads for our real estate projects.

  • Make outbound calls to prospective leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested buyers.
  • Handle inbound queries, explain project details, and resolve customer doubts.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns.

Requirements:

Essential Skills:

  • 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or sales-related roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in follow-ups.
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism in client interactions.

Key Responsibilities include managing and converting inbound and outbound leads, scheduling site visits, handling inbound queries, qualifying leads, maintaining records, achieving targets, and providing feedback.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be comfortable working with CRM systems, and have a target-oriented approach.

They should also be able to handle pressure and maintain professionalism in client interactions.
