Instrumentation Maintenance Role

Maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation systems in a manufacturing environment.

This includes repair and calibration of various equipment such as mass flow meters, temperature and pressure transmitters, load cell systems, and networking devices like Profibus.

The ideal candidate will guide the maintenance team in solving complex problems and implementing effective preventive maintenance plans to achieve higher uptime and equipment reliability.

In addition, they will implement corrective actions and preventive measures (CAPA) to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

  • Familiarity with instrumentation and experience in DCS 800 X manufacturing ecosystems.
  • Experience in repair and calibration of process field equipment.
  • Ability to lead the maintenance team in solving complex issues.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation or related field with 3-7 years of experience.
  • Background in equipment maintenance, maintenance engineering, and maintenance & repair.
