Job Title: BIM Technician

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified BIM Technician with 2–5 years of hands-on experience to join our design and engineering team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows, with the ability to independently manage and coordinate detailed models for industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop and manage detailed BIM models with a minimum Level of Development (LOD) 350+.

·        Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP services within the model for seamless integration.

·        Execute modeling tasks independently with minimal supervision.

·        Create and manage parametric Revit families as per project scope.

·        Ensure accuracy, compliance with BIM execution plans and project standards.

·        Participate in design coordination meetings and model reviews.

·        Support the resolution of design coordination issues within the model.

·        Collaborate with the design team, with preference for candidates experienced in industrial buildings.

Skills & Qualifications:

·        2–5 years of proven experience as a BIM Technician.

·        Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM tools.

·        Solid understanding of multidisciplinary coordination in BIM workflows.

·        Experience working on industrial projects is highly desirable.

·        Ability to create custom families and maintain project standards.

·        Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·        Detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
