Client Support Specialist

The Client Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in maintaining exceptional client relationships and ensuring a professional brand image for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients, prospects, and partners.
  • Deliver clear explanations of our services (previsualization, animation, storyboarding, techvis, archviz, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate closely with the business development and creative teams to schedule meetings and facilitate timely communication.
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Telugu and Hindi is an asset).
  • 1–3 years of experience in call center, client servicing, or customer support roles.
  • Ability to comprehend and articulate complex creative/technical services to clients.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at maintaining precise records.
  • Proficient phone etiquette and client-handling skills.
