Job Title: Client Servicing Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Support the end-to-end management of campaigns, events, and client meetings.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met on time and to a high standard.
  • Manage social media accounts for clients, creating engaging content and updates that align with their brand.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Develop creative strategies to enhance clients' digital and offline presence.
  • Coordinate with vendors and production teams for event-related requirements.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, marketing, or events.
  • Strong understanding of event management and/or production is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident, articulate, and client-friendly.
  • Comfortable with field work and attending in-person meetings.
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for building strong client relationships.
