Medical Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical Advisor to join our team. This role requires expertise in patient consultation, medical report analysis, treatment coordination, and liaison services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Consultation & Pre-Screening:

The successful candidate will engage with prospective patients to understand their medical concerns, goals, and expectations. They will guide patients on suitable treatment options and assess basic eligibility based on medical history.

  • Medical Report Analysis:

Our ideal candidate will review diagnostic reports and medical documents to assist in preliminary evaluation before forwarding to partner hospitals or specialists.

  • Treatment Coordination:

They will help patients understand recommended procedures, expected outcomes, recovery timelines, and pre/post-operative care essentials.

  • Bridge Between Patient & Surgeon:

The Medical Advisor will act as a medical liaison—translating clinical information into patient-friendly language and ensuring smooth communication between patients and healthcare providers.

  • Trust-Building & Support:

They will provide empathetic, medically accurate advice to build trust and alleviate patient anxiety—especially for those traveling overseas for surgery.

  • Data Accuracy & Documentation:

The successful candidate will ensure that patient data, preferences, and medical information are recorded accurately and shared securely with relevant partners.

  • Ethical Guidance & Compliance:

They will uphold patient confidentiality, ethical practices, and informed consent standards in all interactions.

  • Post-Consultation Follow-Up:

The Medical Advisor will check in with patients at key milestones before and after travel, ensuring continuity of care and satisfaction with our service.
