Key Responsibilities
- Engage healthcare professionals with impactful scientific discussions aligned to medical strategy
- Identify data gaps and opportunities for real-world evidence and precision medicine
- Gather field insights to inform product strategy and evidence generation plans
- Support clinical trial execution and site education initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient access and outcomes
- Deliver tailored scientific content through digital and in-person channels
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and manage administrative responsibilities
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in health or life sciences (PharmD, PhD, MD preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in a medical function within a therapeutic area
- Solid understanding of healthcare systems, research procedures, and industry guidelines
- Proven ability to apply digital solutions for stakeholder engagement and field medical insights
- Strong communication and scientific presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
Desirable Requirements
- Experience in a medical function within a therapeutic area, with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry guidelines
- Ability to apply digital and IT solutions for stakeholder engagement and field medical insights
