About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to lead our daily operations across sales, warehouse, and telecalling functions.

  • This senior leadership role requires strong financial acumen, deep understanding of operational flows, and ability to drive efficiency and growth across teams.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage and mentor team leads, design and implement growth strategies, optimize operational flows, monitor financial metrics, and collaborate with leadership on long-term growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across sales, warehouse, and telecalling functions
  • Manage and mentor team leads including Sales Managers, Warehouse Managers, and Telecallers
  • Design and implement growth strategies (e.g., cross-selling and upselling initiatives)
  • Optimize operational flows, from order management to last-mile delivery
  • Monitor financial metrics and ensure cost-effective operations
  • Collaborate with leadership on long-term growth plans

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier-1 college
  • Strong background in operations and finance
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
