Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Chennai, for a Sr Manager / AVP - Consulting (Commercial Insurance). The role involves overseeing corporate sales operations, developing new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. The candidate will work closely with the senior management team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Corporate Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Management
  • Ability to work with Senior Management & decision makers
  • Strong skills in Business Development and identifying new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and practices
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Master's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Experience in Corporate / B to B / Bancassurance sales would be preferred.
