About This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Venture Capital Investment Expert to join our team. As a Venture Capital Investment Analyst, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in early-stage investing, startup evaluation, and portfolio company management.

This role offers a unique chance to work with experienced professionals and contribute to high-impact investment decisions. You will be responsible for conducting market size analysis, evaluating products/services, assessing teams, business models, and financials, identifying risk factors, and analyzing competitive landscapes and funding histories.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Deal Evaluation: Conduct thorough market research, evaluate product/service offerings, assess teams, business models, and financials.
  • Due Diligence: Support the investment team in commercial due diligence, financial due diligence, and legal due diligence.
  • Deal Sourcing: Assist in sourcing opportunities from founder networks, investment bankers, and startup ecosystems.
  • Portfolio Support: Engage with portfolio companies and assist in preparing updates on their progress.
  • Ecosystem Engagement: Attend industry events, network with founders, accelerators, and fellow investors.
  • Internal Reporting & Documentation: Assist in preparing compliance documentation and internal records.

Requirements:

  • NISM Series XIX-D exam is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to assess market trends and business models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related fields preferred.
