    • Utilize your network of founders, angels, bankers, accelerators, and alumni groups to identify non-obvious opportunities.">
    • Represent the fund at ecosystem events and host small-format founder circles in Hyderabad and beyond.">

  • Investment Committee Preparation:">
    • Run fast screens and deep dives on potential investments, focusing on team, market, traction, and unit economics.">
    • Build and audit financial models, scenario simulations, and exit pathways.">
    • Draft Investment Memoranda with clear theses, risks, mitigants, and decision checkpoints.">
    • Prepare materials for an efficient Investment Committee cadence.">

  • Diligence Leadership and Execution:">
    • Define diligence scope, select and manage external partners for due diligence, and commission additional work as needed.">
    • Coordinate data-room requests, red-flag logs, and management Q&A.">
    • Synthesize findings into go/no-go recommendations with practical remedies and terms.">
    • Support term sheet design, valuation rationale, rights, and protections aligned to founder-friendly principles.">
    • Coordinate with counsel on definitive documents and ensure clean close checklists and post-close obligations.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Background: Experienced investor or operator with meaningful deal evaluation experience, comfortable spanning seed to growth stages.">
  • Networked: Credible access across founders, angels, bankers, and operators, especially within India (Hyderabad a plus).">
  • Analytical: Strong grasp of unit economics, cohort retention, marketplaces, SaaS metrics, working-capital cycles, and path to profitability.">
  • Diligence-ready: Hands-on with due diligence scopes, ability to frame key questions and pressure-test assumptions.">
  • Execution: Structured writer, fast modeler, and organized operator with pipeline discipline.">
  • Style: Hustle, bias to action, low-ego; founder-friendly communicator with high empathy.">
