Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Investment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities across various asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement strategic investment plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • To conduct thorough research and analysis on potential investments, including financial modeling, market trends, and risk assessment.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of investment decisions.
  • To monitor and report on investment performance, providing actionable insights to inform future investment strategies.
  • To stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and market trends, applying this knowledge to optimize investment outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidates should possess a strong educational background in finance or a related field, preferably with an MBA or CA designation.
  • A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in investment management, with a proven track record of delivering successful investment outcomes.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and market research.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP is desirable.

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • CA/Full-time MBA Finance with minimum 8-12 years of experience
  • Working experience of SAP
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Communication skills – Should be able to convey effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to interact with a view to getting the job done across both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Listening skills – the role involves a lot of coordination across external & internal stakeholders & therefore listening to different viewpoints including its interpretation without which concluding or getting results will be difficult.
