Capital Markets Expert WantedWe are seeking an experienced Capital Markets professional to lead high-value transactions and execute strategic equity fundraising initiatives.

Job Summary:

Our ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of expertise in capital market transactions, including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Bonds, and other deals. They should also have a deep understanding of SEBI regulations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead capital market transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Advise clients on equity fundraising strategies and transaction structuring.
  • Manage end-to-end deal execution, from due diligence to coordinating with regulators.
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuations, and feasibility studies to support decision-making.
  • Maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries.
  • Stay updated on capital market trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.
  • Support in preparing pitch decks, investor presentations, and transaction reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of experience in capital markets, equity fundraising, and investment banking transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
