About Us:

We are a rapidly expanding organization with a mission to address social issues related to energy, environment, and resources through the production of lithium-ion battery products.

Our objective is to manufacture high-quality lithium-ion cells, and we need a skilled team to achieve this goal. We are setting up India's first Giga plant in Bengaluru to manufacture Lithium Ion Cells.

Job Overview:

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, assembly materials, personal protective equipment, and consumables on the shop floor according to the production plan.
  • Issue materials from various warehouses to production using materials handling equipment such as RGV, AGV, Forklifts, BOPTs, HOPTs, Stalkers, Conveyors, etc.
  • Allocate manpower for kitting/de-palletizing, palletizing/packing, material issues, internal scrap movement, etc.
  • Ensure zero stock variance through stock reconciliation, cycle counting, variance analysis, etc.
  • Move various scrap (haz and non-haz) to designated areas.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders like production planning, process, maintenance, quality, IT contractors, SCM, etc., to fulfill business requirements.
  • Ensure required entries and passed documents are maintained as per standard operating procedures.
  • Adhere to standards.
  • Maintain and issue PPEs and consumables.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the right materials are delivered to production at the right time and in the right place.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to avoid production stoppage due to non-availability of materials.
