We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the entire supply chain process from procurement and inventory management to logistics and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement warehousing inventory and logistics.
  • Optimize vendor relationships negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor supply chain performance using KPIs and implement process improvements.
  • Coordinate with production sales finance and logistics teams to forecast demand and manage supply.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and industry standards.
  • Oversee import/export activities and customs clearance when required.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks in supply chain disruptions.
  • Manage and mentor the supply chain team to ensure professional growth and efficiency.
  • Implement digital tools and ERP systems for better tracking and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or related field MBA preferred.
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in supply chain management with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement logistics inventory management and demand planning.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems MS Excel and supply chain management software.
  • Excellent negotiation communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
