Job Title: Intellectual Property Dispute Resolution Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Intellectual Property Dispute Resolution Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in complex intellectual property disputes before various courts and tribunals.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop effective litigation strategies.
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare for discovery, depositions, and trials.
  • Manage client relationships and communicate case status and strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in intellectual property law and procedural rules.

Required Qualifications:

  • Admission to the Bar and good standing.
  • 4-7 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of intellectual property laws and procedures.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (e.g., master's or PhD) in Engineering or related field.
  • Prior experience with patent prosecution.
  • Experience with technology-related litigation beyond patent matters.
