Job Title: Global Education Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our global education initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing student applications, processing documents, and communicating with students and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and process student applications for study abroad programs across various destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).
  2. Verify and review application documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with university requirements.
  3. Assist students in filling out university application forms, preparing supporting documents, and tracking application status.
  4. Follow up with students for pending or additional documents to complete applications on time.
  5. Coordinate with universities and institutions regarding admission requirements, offers, and updates.
  6. Maintain accurate records of applications, offers, deposits, and other admission-related milestones in the CRM system.
  7. Provide students and counselors with timely updates regarding application progress and outcomes.
  8. Ensure adherence to deadlines for applications, conditional offer requirements, and final submissions.
  9. Support in offer acceptance, fee payments, and pre-departure documentation as required.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams (counseling, operations, visa, etc.) to ensure smooth handover of student cases.
  11. Stay updated on university requirements, intake deadlines, and policy changes to guide students effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of international education systems, admission processes, and document requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a student-first approach.
