Job Description

The Marketing Head plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. This involves identifying potential therapeutic opportunities, maximizing current product portfolios through strategic line extensions, and working closely with senior management to achieve targeted market shares.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyzing data to assess therapy trends, customer segments, and evolving market dynamics.
  • Recommending strategic entry into new therapies and specialties aligned with divisional vision.
  • Implementing innovative marketing tactics to drive project success and growth.
  • Monitoring brand evolution indices and sustaining established brands with effective promotional strategies.
  • Managing product lifecycles and marketing efforts according to the BCG matrix.

Market and Customer Development

Strategies for market expansion and customer segmentation are developed and executed. Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) are engaged with, and KOL management strategies are overseen. Differentiated value propositions are promoted, and strong field force alignment is ensured.
