Sales Executive Job Description

The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by selling Loan Against Property (LAP) products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve regional targets
  • Identifying potential channel partners that align with business objectives
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, sales agents, and individual clients
  • Monitoring distribution networks and planning sales promotion activities
  • Ensuring timely documentation and customer support for loan applications
  • Collaborating with support functions to optimize service delivery and turnaround times
  • Providing regular updates on loan status and required resolutions to customers
  • Maintaining a customer-centric approach to foster satisfaction across all levels within the team
  • Compiling and reporting sales data, as well as cross-selling insurance and related products

Key Qualifications & Experience

A Graduate or MBA from a reputable institution, specializing in Sales and Marketing/Finance is essential. Relevant work experience ranges from 2-5 years, while age should not exceed 30 years. Proficiency in selling LAP products is also crucial.
