Job Summary
At Solugenix, we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers via phone or remote management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, technical expertise in networking, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
- Document all customer incidents accurately
- Follow up with customers on open issues
- Escalate complex technical requests as needed
- Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, preferably in point-of-sale systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal distractions
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Infrastructure Requirements
- Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- Dedicated workspace with minimal distractions
Preferred Skills
- Experience with service management tools, such as ServiceNow
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
