Job Opportunity: Digital Fundraising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Fundraising Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to maximize donations and achieve monthly fundraising targets.

The selected individual will conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for continuous campaign improvement. They will track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for growth.

This role requires collaboration with the creative and fundraising teams to align ads with campaign goals and donor psychology. The successful candidate will stay updated on Google Ads policies, digital marketing trends, and crowdfunding strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize donations and achieve monthly fundraising targets.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for continuous campaign improvement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for growth.
  • Collaborate with the creative and fundraising teams to align ads with campaign goals and donor psychology.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in crowdfunding and performance marketing.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver results under strict timelines.
