Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Brand Manager to join our team and lead the development of strategic brand initiatives. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving long-term equity and safeguarding brand consistency across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve the brand's unique value proposition, messaging framework, and tone of voice.">
  • Brief cross-functional teams on brand-specific insights and ensure campaigns reflect long-term brand equity.">
  • Safeguard consistency of communication across product listings, campaigns, influencer partnerships, and customer touchpoints.">
  • Analyze customer data, competitor activity, and category trends to inform campaigns and product innovation.">
  • Act as a bridge between product development, sales, and marketing execution teams to align brand priorities.">
  • Monitor brand health metrics (awareness, recall, preference) alongside digital KPIs (engagement, CTR, conversions).">

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital content amplification, paid media, or performance marketing.">
  • Strong understanding of content marketing KPIs and digital advertising ecosystems.">
  • Proven track record of managing ad budgets and driving measurable growth.">
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.">
  • Data-driven mindset with creative intuition.">
  • Self-starter, independent, yet collaborative.">
