We're seeking a meticulous Quality Control Manager to oversee the end-to-end review of animated educational video collections. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Review animated educational concept videos for academic accuracy and conceptual clarity, ensuring all content meets the highest standards of scientific/academic quality.
- Collaborate with content development and production teams to resolve feedback and maintain quality through iterations.
- Track progress across multiple active video collections simultaneously using Google Sheets and Docs.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of freelance subject matter expert reviewers.
- A Master's or Ph.D in STEM, business, or education.
- 3–6 years of experience in academic content QC or educational video production.
- Proven ability to manage multiple short-term projects in parallel using Excel or other tracking tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
- Familiarity with 2D animation formats and ability to give feedback on visual storytelling and pacing.
- Experience working with cross-functional creative teams, managing timelines and content revisions.
