Our organization is seeking a Quality Control Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of our products. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards that drive continuous improvement and zero-defect production.

About This Role:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards that ensure product excellence and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing QA team to guarantee effective inspection, testing, and documentation processes.
  • Oversee incoming raw material inspection, in-process quality control, and final product verification to ensure consistency and quality compliance.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with non-compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Analyze quality performance data, identify root causes of defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

This position requires strong expertise and practical skills in visual color assessment, with the ability to accurately evaluate and differentiate shades, tones, and color variations. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the paint/automobile industry in a QA department is preferred.
