Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Sales
    • Take full ownership of acquiring new clients through various outreach channels.
    • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery calls → pitching → closing deals.
    • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Building
    • Confidently lead client calls and meetings, identify business pain points, tailor pitches to their needs, and build long-term trust.
  • Collaboration & Strategy
    • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure smooth handover of new projects.
    • Share feedback from prospects to help improve offerings and pitches.
    Requirements:
    • Experience: 2–6 years in business development/client acquisition.
    • Track Record: Proven success in closing high-ticket projects.
    • Outreach Skills: Familiar with multiple outreach channels.
    • Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
    • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
