Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition & Sales
- Take full ownership of acquiring new clients through various outreach channels.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery calls → pitching → closing deals.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Client Communication & Relationship Building
- Confidently lead client calls and meetings, identify business pain points, tailor pitches to their needs, and build long-term trust.
- Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure smooth handover of new projects.
- Share feedback from prospects to help improve offerings and pitches.
- Experience: 2–6 years in business development/client acquisition.
- Track Record: Proven success in closing high-ticket projects.
- Outreach Skills: Familiar with multiple outreach channels.
- Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
