Job Purpose

This role will lead the development and execution of comprehensive training programs to support successful system implementation across the region.

The Training Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure users are proficient with the new system, facilitating a smooth transition and optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement a regional training strategy aligned with the global deployment plan.
  2. Assess training needs by collaborating with business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
  3. Develop role-based training curriculum covering all relevant modules and processes.
  4. Utilize a blend of training methods, including instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, workshops, and hands-on labs.
  5. Align with hub and local teams to drive local content creation.
  6. Support training content creation in alignment with global standards.
  7. Oversee the scheduling and delivery of training sessions across multiple countries in the region.
  8. Ensure the availability of training materials, environments, and resources.
  9. Collaborate with global training teams to align regional training initiatives with global standards.
  10. Engage with regional business leaders to secure support and resources for training activities.
  11. Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  12. Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
  13. Work closely with the Change Management team to address resistance and promote user adoption.
  14. Develop communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about training schedules and updates.
