Job Role Overview

A highly skilled and experienced professional is required to undertake key responsibilities on Oil & Gas Refinery projects using Aveva E3D.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software and its applications, with experience in managing large datasets and customizing workflows to meet project requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project setup and overall administration in Aveva E3D
  • Catalogue and specification management, including spec creation and component building
  • Scans upload to Aveva Point Cloud Manager, working in Aveva Point Cloud Manager environment
  • Customization for Aveva E3D, such as report generation and in-house tool development
  • Troubleshooting within the Aveva E3D environment
  • Isodraft configuration and drafting configuration
  • Guiding users in Aveva E3D for day-to-day works along with Aveva Point Cloud Manager data

Key Qualifications and Skills:

An Engineering Degree from a reputable institute is essential. A minimum of 3-10 years' experience in Oil and Gas – Refinery projects or EPC's is required.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of:

  • Aveva E3D
  • Aveva PCM
  • Third-party scan files and applications
  • ASME codes & Standards for Piping bulk items (pipes, fittings, flanges, bolting, etc.), Valves, Special Materials
  • Aveva Administrator concepts, working with laser scan data
