Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Instrumentation Systems Designer.

This is a challenging position that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing discipline-specific design and drafting services, including technical support and supervision within the discipline and to other disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in designing and drafting systems in a similar industry, with expertise in modeling, AutoCAD, SPI, PDS, Microstation, and E3D.

A recognized design qualification in the relevant discipline or equivalent is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide discipline-specific design and drafting services, including technical support and supervision both within the discipline and to other disciplines.
  • Deliver discipline-specific design and drafting services that meet clients' requirements and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Initiate, manage, and supervise design and draft assignments on project requirements on time and within budget.
  • Perform discipline-specific design and drafting services such as ensuring the project scope is clear and that changes to scope comply with project change management processes.
  • Prepare and oversee the production of engineering drawings and documentation.
  • Ensure all drawings and documents are checked in accordance with clients' checking procedures.
  • Participate in project reviews as required.
  • Provide technical support, supervision, and advice to the discipline team and project teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Substantial experience in designing and drafting systems in a similar industry.
  • Expertise in modeling, AutoCAD, SPI, PDS, Microstation, and E3D.
  • A recognized design qualification in the relevant discipline or equivalent.
