About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Field Instrumentation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our production infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

  • Utilize your expertise in instrumentation to troubleshoot and repair complex field equipment, including mass flow meters, temperature transmitters, pressure sensors, level transmitters, load cell systems, and networking devices.
  • Leverage your knowledge of DCS 800 X manufacturing ecosystems to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Mentor junior team members in effective problem-solving techniques and develop strategic preventive maintenance plans to enhance equipment reliability and uptime.
  • Implement corrective actions through the CAPA process.

Requirements

  • Possess an ITI/Diploma in Instrumentation with 3-7 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance, maintenance engineering, and maintenance & repair.
  • Demonstrate expertise in preventive maintenance techniques.
