Guest Relations Executive Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Guest Relations Executive to provide exceptional customer service and support our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a warm and welcoming experience for clients and visitors, utilizing excellent communication skills in multiple languages.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to assign customers based on requirements.
  • Provide essential information about our projects and facilitate site visit arrangements.
  • Manage front desk operations efficiently, handling calls, emails, and visitor logs.
  • Maintain inventory levels, track office supplies, and monitor office expenses.
  • Support the sales team in documentation and client servicing.
Requirements:
  • A degree in any field.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to six months of front desk guest relations customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • A smart, confident, dynamic, and soft-spoken personality with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Basic knowledge of front office operations and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to maintain inventory and monitor office expenses.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and professional demeanor.
