About This Role

This is a leadership position that requires strategic vision, technical expertise, and strong communication skills.

You will be responsible for managing large teams, overseeing software development lifecycle, and collaborating with global teams.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for technology and workforce.
  • Maintain relationships with senior business stakeholders and ensure alignment with strategy, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee operating budgets and product team budgets, ensuring regular review of actuals and latest estimates.
Requirements
  • 18 to 23 years of experience with 8+ years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources.
  • Doctorate Degree / Master's degree / Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
