Join our team as a Senior Director, Growth Strategy to optimize marketing infrastructure and enhance marketing performance through automation, analytics, and strategic execution.

As the key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by aligning marketing, sales, and revenue operations. This includes optimizing CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), lead scoring, and MarTech integrations, as well as overseeing multi-channel B2B & B2G campaigns across digital, email, events, and paid media.

In this role, you will develop dashboards and KPIs to track marketing ROI and optimize strategies. Additionally, you will implement automation and workflow improvements to enhance execution speed and accuracy.

You will mentor and grow a high-impact marketing operations and ABM team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving business growth through data-driven decision making and a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing operations and strategy
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth through data-driven decision making

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of data analytics and statistics
