Lead AI Innovation Director

We are seeking a Lead AI Innovation Director to spearhead our efforts in developing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) solutions across various business verticals. As the Lead AI Innovation Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of advanced AI applications, as well as building a team of AI professionals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI strategies that drive business value and growth.
  • Build a high-performing team of AI experts, including data scientists, engineers, and analysts.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI deployment.
  • Design and execute a roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business strategy.
  • Evaluate and improve AI solutions to ensure they are accurate, efficient, and scalable.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI technology and identify new opportunities for innovation.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in AI development and deployment, including hands-on experience in building and deploying AI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications across various use cases.
  • Experience working with ambiguous data and developing algorithms to extract insights.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering AI solutions that drive business value.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
