Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure projects meet objectives on time and within budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, ensuring employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans, identifying and mitigating potential risks and obstacles.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and executives to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the change process.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports navigate through transitions.
  • Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition to new processes and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-14 years of relevant experience in change management, consulting, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or HR.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing large-scale change initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
