Job Description\

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Analyst to support our digital transformation initiatives. This role will play a key part in ensuring stakeholders are well-informed and engaged, driving successful change across multiple business units.

This is a contract position with an initial duration of 4 months and the possibility of renewal.

\

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating change management activities, developing impactful communications, and crafting compelling training materials to drive adoption.

  • Support change activities for various digital transformation projects across the enterprise.
  • Maintain and update the organization's knowledge intranet site.
  • Analyze stakeholder feedback to enhance communication strategies.
  • Monitor and report on communication reach, engagement, and change adoption.
  • Compile detailed reports on change and communication activities.
  • Develop engaging content tailored to different business audiences.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with the organization's brand, tone, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to produce regular newsletters.
  • Design training materials, storyboards, and instructional assets.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions and workshops.
\Required Skills and Qualifications\

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in change management, instructional design, and communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Studies, Change Management, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills to simplify complex topics.
  • Instructional design expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, and intranet tools.
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability across diverse business cultures.
  • Strong project planning and coordination skills.
