About our team

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to lead strategic and operational projects within our Indian production unit.

You will be responsible for coordinating projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and clear communication with our international teams.

This role requires an analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all production-related projects, including operations, quality, compliance, logistics, maintenance, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with external vendors, contract manufacturers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between our teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, effective communication, and timely updates.
  • Develop and maintain detailed daily, weekly, and monthly project schedules; manage resources, identify dependencies, and monitor timelines.
  • Identify and evaluate project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges proactively and constructively.
  • Create, revise, and improve SOPs and workflows to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including progress, costs, productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with industry standards, in collaboration with QA/QC teams.
  • Use project management tools to organize tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor overall project flow.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and leadership teams to align goals and ensure seamless execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, operations management, or engineering.
  • 8–10 years of experience in project management within an industrial setting, ideally in manufacturing or production.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with project management software such as Asana or ClickUp.

Audits and Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize negative effects.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to guarantee that projects meet or exceed customer expectations.

Team Collaboration: Foster open communication and teamwork among cross-functional groups to achieve project objectives.

Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance professional growth.

Language Proficiency: Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective communication with international teams.
