Global Pricing Specialist

About the Role:

This position involves entering price data in PDI, setting up new vendors, updating product information, and creating promotions for stores. The Global Pricing Specialist will understand the Point of Sale (POS) interface and work with various teams to maintain accurate pricing.

  • Inputs and maintains item level detail information in the PDI Enterprise Pricebook
  • Enters new and updated item level pricing and monthly promotional activity from multiple vendors in Pricebook
  • Maintains and cleans up Pricebook data; ensures regular upkeep of item information and discontinuing of old items
  • Works daily with Operations, Accounting, Marketing, and Vendor Partners
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves problems through reporting and other means
  • Ability to solve problems on the first call
  • Escalates calls as needed
  • Responds to all calls, requests within the same day
  • Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution
  • Maintains and supports the retail price book
  • Other duties as assigned

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have experience working with data entry systems and possess excellent organizational skills with emphasis on detail and follow-up. Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally at all levels are also essential.

You will be working as part of a team, so flexibility, self-motivation, and dependability are must-haves. This role may require working weekends and holidays as needed.
