Service Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Service Operations Manager to lead our service operations team. This role involves managing service delivery for press part tooling customers, handling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and resolving customer complaints in a proactive manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage service operations to ensure timely delivery of services to customers.
  • Handle AMC execution and ensure compliance with pharma engineering standards and safety protocols.
  • Resolve customer complaints through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Mentor and guide service engineers and technicians to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and R&D teams to gather customer feedback and enhance product offerings.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Pharma Engineering/Tooling industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and technical support capabilities.
  • Experience in handling audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Effective communication and customer relationship skills.
