Job Title: Senior Media Buyer

We are a young marketing agency based in India that specializes in helping eCommerce and Home Services brands scale their business through performance-driven media buying.

As a Senior Media Buyer, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven media strategies that drive revenue growth for our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting research to identify the most effective ad copy, creative, and funnel structures for each account or brand demographic
  • Building strong relationships with clients and communicating effectively to ensure mutual understanding and confidence
  • Designing and implementing A/B tests to gather valuable insights and inform media strategy decisions
  • Using a rigorous data-driven approach to make informed decisions and optimize media campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Developing and suggesting new ad angles, creative variations, promotions, and landing page improvements to enhance client outcomes
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and updates to ensure our media strategy remains cutting-edge
  • Working closely with our team and clients to achieve target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Creating direct response-focused creative copies and editing marketing copy with precision

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in managing paid ads campaigns on Facebook and Google, preferably for eCommerce and DTC brands
  • A minimum of $25,000 in managed ad spend
  • At least 2-4 years of performance marketing experience
