Job Overview

This role entails leading the performance marketing practice across paid channels, overseeing strategy execution and optimization of multi-channel campaigns while serving as a trusted advisor for clients.

Required Qualifications
  • 5–7+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with proven success in scaling paid media campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads Meta Ads Manager and Campaign Manager.
  • Certifications in Google Ads Meta Blueprint or Ads.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business or related field.
  • Proficiency with analytics and project management tools e.g. Google Analytics Looker Studio HubSpot Asana etc.
