Job Title: Senior Sales Manager & Partner Alliance
At CyberFrat, we are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and sponsorship sales for our conferences, events, and media platforms.
This is a high-visibility role where you will work closely with the leadership team, owning end-to-end sales cycles and leveraging your C-level connects contributing to CXO Junctions positioning as a trusted partner for IT & cybersecurity leaders.
- Bld and maintain strong relationships with senior marketing decision-makers.
- Pitch CXO Junctions events and offerings, tailoring proposals to client needs.
- Work closely with the founder and internal teams to deliver sponsor commitments.
- Manage the complete sales cycle prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Keep accurate records of leads, conversations, and agreements.
- Maintain long-term relationships to secure repeat business.

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of B2B or enterprise sales experience, preferably in IT, media, or events.
