Quality Assurance Manager

The primary goal of this role is to ensure quality control throughout the production process.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)- Saw Flux: Conduct physical monitoring of saw flux during production as per SOP, ensuring quality in line with industry standards mainly Sieve, Moisture, and HTK and LTK temperature.
- Baking Process: Confirm adherence to all baking processes as per process card. In case of any deviations, halt batches and inform the Quality Head.
- Wire Drawing: Conduct physical monitoring of wire during wire drawing, ensuring quality in accordance with standards mainly wire diameter, rusting, and ovality.
- Wire Cutting: Monitor the wire cutting process, ensuring wire length meets defined standards.
- Extrusion Forming Process: Perform physical inspection of electrodes extrusion process as per SOR, maintain inspection formats as per defined SOP.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.E. Mechanical.
- 0-3 years of experience in Process Quality.
- Familiarity with AWS code, ISO 9001, and 7 QC tools.
- Strong communication, coordination skills, and good analytical skills.
