Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the quality control processes across all stages of garment manufacturing, from fabric inspection to final product delivery. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance protocols, conducting regular audits, and ensuring compliance with international standards. The role also involves providing feedback for continuous improvement and maintaining comprehensive quality documentation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Audits
  • Knowledge of fabric inspection, garment construction, and finishing techniques
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team
  • Familiarity with global quality and compliance standards in the apparel industry
  • Previous experience in garment manufacturing or export industry is a plus
