Quality Assurance Specialist

Summary of Responsibilities:

Our organization is seeking a qualified Quality Assurance Specialist to manage and execute Quality Management System (QMS) activities in alignment with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage QMS System: Handle Change Control, CAPA, and Deviation Management processes ensuring continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
  2. Drive Corrective Actions: Based on audit findings and process deviations, drive corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence and maintain quality performance.
  3. Maintain Documentation: Ensure up-to-date documentation related to QMS procedures, policies, and records adhering to industry best practices.
  4. Provide Training: Offer training and awareness sessions on QMS to relevant staff members to promote a culture of quality and excellence.
  5. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve quality performance and achieve organizational objectives.
