About the Role

This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of driving meaningful change. As a CSR & Impact Partnerships Intern, you will play a key role in developing proposals that align corporate social responsibility goals with rural women-centric programs.

  • Proposal Development: Research and draft proposals that reflect community needs and organizational values, ensuring they meet corporate CSR objectives.
  • Outreach and Partnerships: Identify companies with active CSR mandates in gender equity, rural development, or livelihood generation, and present tailored proposals to build long-term partnerships.
  • Liaison with NGOs: Engage with NGOs working in rural women empowerment, understand their models and impact metrics, and customize documentation to reflect shared goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We welcome students or early-career professionals with a strong background in Economics, Development Studies, or related fields, excellent communication skills, and a passion for gender-inclusive development.
