Job Title: Lead CSR

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our community engagement efforts. As a Lead CSR, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that foster strong relationships with local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute community outreach plans to promote positive interactions between our organization and local stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address community needs and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of community engagement activities and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Post-Graduation in Social Work/ Social Sciences/ Rural Management
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in planning, monitoring, and having direct experience of working with communities at grass root level
