Job Role

We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as an Analyst. This role offers excellent exposure to diverse development sector projects including research, monitoring & evaluation, digital solutions, and policy analysis across domains like education, health, environment, and rural development.

  • We conduct primary and secondary research for baseline-endline studies and collaborate with senior team members to drive project success.
  • Our analysts support policy analysis and research publication development, focusing on impact evaluations and needs assessment studies.
  • The successful candidate will assist in data collection, cleaning, and preliminary analysis, preparing research briefs and summary reports.
  • Data Management & Visualization:

The analyst's responsibilities include assisting in survey design and data collection tool development, maintaining project databases and documentation, and creating engaging content for various platforms.

Content Development & Social Media Support:

  • We create IEC materials including booklets, toolkits, and educational content, supporting script development for awareness content and documenting success stories and case studies.
  • Our team requires candidates with strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis), and good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi & Odia.

Project Support:

  • We provide research support to senior team members and assist in client presentation preparation, field survey coordination, and data collection.
  • The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in Development Studies, Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, MSW, MBA (Rural Management) or related field.
Requirements
  • Key Skills:
    • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience
    • Clear understanding and fluency in Odia language (reading/writing/speaking) is required
    • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools
