Internal Audit Expert

The role of an Internal Auditor is to evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management, internal controls, and governance processes across gold loan and financial operations. This involves hands-on expertise in concurrent audits, gold audits, RBI compliance reviews, and process assurance within the NBFC/Banking domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and report on internal audits covering operational, compliance, and financial processes.
  • Assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems.
  • Identifying control weaknesses and suggesting improvements.

Requirements:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) certification or a Post Graduate degree in Finance/Commerce is preferred.
  • 8–10 years of experience in internal audit within Banking/NBFC sector is required.
  • Proven expertise in concurrent audits, gold audits, and RBI audits is necessary.
