We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Guest Experience Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels.

About the Role

This key leadership position plays a vital role in driving guest satisfaction, fostering consistency across departments, and promoting exceptional overall hotel image. As a Senior Guest Experience Manager, you will be responsible for mobilizing all department heads around a common project to implement the Vision of Gold (VOG) on a lasting basis.

You will drive forward an approach that encourages cohesion between departments, ensuring all employees deliver and maintain a consistent level of guest service. This involves challenging department heads to meet targets set by the brand and hotel, organizing actions to raise employee awareness about Fairmont Brand and guest experience, and contributing to changes in working methods to promote greater teamwork.

In this role, you will analyze perceived value for money delivered by the hotel and make recommendations to optimize this indicator. Additionally, you will drive adherence to Leading Quality Assurance Standard across departments in collaboration with Department Heads and L&D Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of the VOG project, driving consistency across departments and promoting exceptional guest service;
  • Mobilize department heads to achieve brand and hotel targets, while fostering a culture of excellence and guest satisfaction;
  • Analyze perceived value for money and make recommendations to optimize this indicator;
  • Drive adherence to Leading Quality Assurance Standard across departments;
  • Contribute to changes in working methods to promote greater teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration.
Requirements

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account factors such as location and job requirements.
