About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Operations Professional to join our team. As a key member of our data operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our product catalog and vendor data.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing & Management
  • Upload and maintain product data across our systems.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of product attributes (size, finish, pricing, categories).
Vendor Coordination
  • Interact with vendors to collect and validate product data.
  • Follow up with vendors for missing details or corrections.
Data Cleaning & Collation
  • Collect raw data from multiple sources and transform it into structured formats.
  • Identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors in data, and resolve them proactively.
Data Analysis & Queries
  • Use SQL to query, validate, and manipulate datasets.
  • Generate reports and insights to support internal teams.
Excel Mastery
  • Create and maintain detailed Excel sheets for bulk product uploads and validations.
  • Build advanced formulas, pivot tables, and automated checks for efficiency.
Process Efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of data hygiene across all systems.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of work experience in data operations, catalog management, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in SQL with ability to write and optimize queries.
  • Strong skills in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning tools).
  • Excellent aptitude, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills for coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams.
